Jabberwocky is a song by Cojum Dip. It is the fifth song on Cojum Dip's album, Cojum Dip, fourth song on the Fabruary 2005 variant and second variant of The Greatest Demo CD in the Universe and in the Anthropomorphic Bible Assault, third song on the September 2005 variant of The Greatest Demo CD in the Universe and the sixth song on the Turk Off EP/Remix 2010.

History

  • A 2004 demo of Jabberwocky was uploaded in Vicious Enterprises .NET on September 5th 2004 along with a Puzzle Dust demo, however, eventually both songs were replaced by two others because of song limitations, with Jabberwocky being replaced by 4-LOM in September 14th.

Trivia

  • Jabberwocky was the first song recorded for The Greatest Demo CD in the Universe.[1]
  • In both prechoruses and choruses, Bora sings the lyrics in a sense-less and meaningless way, hence the name Jabberwocky (invented or meaningless language).
  • Jabberwocky is the only Cojum Dip song that reuses a few vocals from the demo in The Greatest Demo CD in the Universe on the Self-Titled album Cojum Dip (Album)
  • On the September 2005 track list of The Greatest Demo CD in the Universe that was once listed on Cojum Dip's website, a "live@thePalace" release of Jabberwocky was listed, however, this live performance was likely named as such in reference to Snot's "Alive" and was probably just the Duderstadt live recording of Jabberwocky.

Lyrics

John
the little boy from south Taiwan
is brought to us against his will
He fits right in, he does

John
He took so long to understand
For a good bedtime that he’d go for nine cutoffs
They probably killed them, break up they’re coming down
I rub a curtain they grow like a tub again
Or send a mechanic to break him a nugget
Oh?

How
Mom and dad can love him though
Their skin and hair don’t really match
That’s why when it comes to white socks,
No better than Tide action with
Bleach
Fill the measuring cup to the first line
Marked “1” for moderate loads with clothes of white color
Or fill the measuring cup to the second line marked
“2” for heavy loads that are out of your reach

John,
Turn to the sun and finally awake
Prisons
Turned a noble act of welcoming rotten

Order
Within the next fifteen minutes
And you’ll receive not one but two
Children who love to hold you
That’s why they sponsor the

Olympics
If we had a good time breaking it up will love now.
Would you like a toboggan? I could hang up but let her go
Fall rub it, get down, they had to write over for her
Chew drop it God, to the Vatican gold

John,
Turn to the sun and finally awake
Prisons
Turned a noble act of welcoming rotten

There’s the motivation
Flashing colors and packaged deals
Our folk
Aren’t enough

There’s the motivation
Flashing colors and packaged deals
Our folk
Aren’t enough
